Step # 1- First locate the Tool menu in your menu bar.
Step # 2 - Move your mouse cursor over the word Tools and click and hold your mouse button and a menu list will drop down. Without releasing your mouse button, drag your mouse cursor to the menu selection Internet Options.
Step # 3 - Release your mouse button and a new window will open called Internet Options. With the General tab selected, go to the section labeled Temporary Internet Files and click on the Delete Files button.
Step # 4 - A new window will open labeled Delete Files. Check the box beside Delete all offline content and then click OK.
Step # 5 - The Delete Files window will disappear. Now click the OK button on the Internet Options window to get back to Internet Explorer's browser window.
Step # 6 - Finally, click the Refresh button in the browser window to ensure the changes take effect.
