How to empty cache in Firefox on MAC OS X.
Step # 1- First locate and click the Firefox menu in your menu bar.
Step # 2 - Move your mouse cursor over the word Preferences and click it to open the Firefox Preferences window.
Step # 3 - With the Privacy tab selected, go to the top right of the tab menu and click on Cache to make sure you are in the correct menu.
Step # 4 - In the section called Cache, find the Clear Cache Now button and click on it.
Step # 5 - The Clear Cache Now button will gray out. Now simply close the Preferences window to get back to the Firefox browser window.
