FAQ - Disabling the Windows Pop-Up Blocker for Certain Websites
Note: Pop-up blockers may interfere with viewing your eStatements, so please read carefully...
To Add Sites with Pop-Ups That You Want to See:
Step - #1 - Go to the “Internet Options” menu in the “Tools” drop down menu in Internet Explorer

Step - #2 - Go to the “Privacy” tab in the “Internet Options” menu.

Step # 3 - Click the “Settings” button under the “Pop-Up Blocker” section in the “Privacy” tab. This will open the "Pop-up Blocker Settings" window.

Step - #4 - Type the URL of the website that you want to add to the “Allowed Sites” list in the “Addresses of Websites to Allow” textbox and then click the “Add” button beside it to add it to the list. click picture for larger version
To Temporarily Disable the Pop-Up Blocker
Step - # 1 - Make Sure the “Filter” setting is set to High by going to “Internet Tools” menu through the “Tools” drop down menu and then going to the “Privacy” tab. click picture for larger version
Step - #2 - After you type the website in the “Address Bar” and push the “Go” button hold the “Ctrl” key down if you know that the website has pop-ups that you need to see.
