2. How do I view my eStatements? You may view your eStatements in one of two ways: 1. Inside the myMAX Online Branch, select the eStatements link, located in the black bar at the top of the page. You will be directed to your eStatements without having to enter your eStatement username and password. 2. From the myMAX.com home page, select the eStatement drop down box, located inside the blue box on the left side of the page.
3. What if I forget my user name or password? Click the eStatement log-in link on the homepage, and then click the button under Forgot your user name or password. Your user name or password must be emailed to you at the email address you typed in when you signed up for eStatements.

5. What if I forgot my user name and/or password, AND I no longer have access to the email address, or I forgot the email address I entered when you signed-up? Call Online Services at 334-260-2600 or 800-776-6776 and a representative can assist you.
6. How soon can new members sign up for eStatements? New members who want to sign up for eStatements may do so the next business day after you open your first account(s) with MAX.
7. If I sign-up for eStatements in the middle or end of the month, will I receive an eStatement for the month when I sign up? Yes, unless the day you sign-up is on the 30th or 31st and those days fall late on a Friday afternoon or on a weekend. We will process eStatements on the last weekday of the month so our members receive them on-time, within 48-hours of each month's end.
8. Will I continue to receive paper statements after I sign-up for eStatements? No. Once you sign-up for eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements. You may discontinue eStatements at any time. Then you will begin to receive paper statements the following month.
9. Am I automatically signed up for Bill Pay when I sign-up for eStatements? No. You must sign up for Bill Pay through myMAX Online Branch.
10. Do I have to do anything to make sure my Bill Pay will be free? No. Once you have registered for eStatements and sign up for Bill Pay, we will automatically waive your Bill Pay fee.
11. What if I already have Bill Pay before I sign up for eStatements? We will automatically waive your Bill Pay fee the month after you sign-up for eStatements.
12. If I decide to stop receiving eStatements and want them to come through the mail again, will I have to pay for Bill Pay then? Yes. After you discontinue eStatements, we will automatically begin sending you paper statements for the following month, and we will begin applying the Bill Pay fee to your account.
13. If I have two membership accounts and sign up both for eStatements, can I get free Bill Pay on both membership accounts? Yes. Just sign each up for Bill Pay and it will be free for both.
14. How does account linking work? The eStatement sign-up pages will prompt you with the option to link additional accounts. Linking is only available for accounts with the same primary social security number. If the primary chooses to link the accounts, then both will receive eStatements.
15. What if I sign up and don't receive an eStatement over email? You must input a valid email address or you will not receive your eStatement. Also, some firewalls, pop-up blockers and other security software applications may block the receipt of your eStatement. If you do not receive it, please log on to the eStatement page and check your user registration to make sure that the address you input was correct. At that time you may view your eStatement just by clicking the link for that month. If your email address is correct in our system, and you still have not received your eStatement, you may contact us for assistance.
16. How many months of eStatements are kept in MAX's eStatement system? Once you have been registered for eStatements for 12 months, you will have accumulated 12 monthly eStatements in our system. You may log on using the user name and password that you set and view them at any time. We recommend that you save them to your computer, a disk/cd, or print them out and keep them so that you will have a history of statements from as far back as you would like.
17. What days are included in the eStatement cycle? eStatements will show monthly account activity through the last week day of each month. Example: If April 30th falls on Saturday, then your April eStatement will show account activity for April 1st through April 29th. Your May statement will then show activity for April 30th through May 31st.
18. Will my paper statements be stored as eStatements? No. We began the eStatement program for members as of the first of December, 2004. Therefore, we will not have an electronic (eStatement) version of any statement prior to that date. If you would like a copy of an older statement, you will need to contact us to have one mailed to you.
19. If I un-enroll from eStatements, will I still be able to view my eStatement history online? Yes. If you discontinue your eStatements so that you will begin receiving your statements once again by regular mail, the system will store your user name and password, so you may still log on to view your statement history for up to 12 months.
20. What if I try to sign-up for eStatements and the system tells me my information isn't correct? There may be two or more reasons:
1. Sometimes members input something other than their member number in the account number field. When you sign-up for eStatements and you are prompted to input your account number, this is referring to your 5 or 6 digit member number. Some of our long-time members have account numbers with as few as 2 or 3 digits. As long as you input that basic number, the system should recognize it. Note: Please do NOT use the 11-digit MICR number shown at the bottom of your checks. This is not your member number.
2. If you attempt to sign-up for eStatements and receive a message stating that your DOB doesn't match our system, that may be due to the differences between the primary and secondary account holder information. If you are the secondary holder on a joint account, your DOB and social will not match the system, and therefore the primary account holder may need to sign-up. If you have used these hints and you still have trouble signing-on, you may contact us.
21. Why are eStatements sent in PDF format? Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF format ensures that each member will be able to view their statement in a consistent manner. Due to the many different possible monitor settings, eStatement data without PDF could wrap differently for each user, which is guaranteed to result in confusion when viewing the data. In order to ensure that the data lines up properly in columns under the appropriate headings, we use PDF as the delivery vehicle. HTML format would not provide the same level of consistency.
22. Why do we require 8 characters for user names and passwords? Eight-digit user names and passwords ensure a higher level of security of financial data. MAX continually strives to protect our members' financial information in every
