Transfers Between Linked Accounts


Linking Accounts
MAX allows members to transfer funds between accounts with different member numbers, as long as there is one common account holder (Primary or Joint) on both accounts. If you would like to link two separate accounts, follow these instructions.
• Download MAX's JennyMAX application and print it out.
• Completely fill out the application and sign it.
• Make sure you indicate which account you would like to make transfers to.
• Either bring the completed application into a MAX branch or mail it to:

Transfer Instructions
When two accounts with different member numbers are linked together, you have the ability to transfer funds between the accounts on myMAX Online Branch by following these simple instructions.

• Log in to the account you want to transfer the funds from, not to. If you are not logged in to the account you want to transfer funds from, you will not be able to transfer funds as desired.
• Once you have logged in to the correct account, select the Account Access button at the upper left of the page.
• Select the Account Transfer option under Account Access. Do not use the Quick Transfer option at the bottom of the page.
• Type in the amount you wish to transfer in the Transfer Amount box and select the appropriate accounts in the FROM Account and TO Account drop-down boxes.
• Select the Transfer Funds button.
• On the next page, select the Confirm Transfer button.
• Print a receipt of the transaction.
