MAX4Kids Foundation 2008 Scholarship Recipients


And the scholarship goes to…

On May 15, 2008, the MAX4Kids Foundation recognized ten graduating seniors from the River Region by presenting each with the $2,000 MAX4Kids Scholarship. A committee of educators selected the following ten recipients for the tri-county area based on their scholastic achievements, extra-curricular activities, qualities of character and leadership, and essay responses:

Jordan Michelle Allen - Trinity Presbyterian High School
Lyda East - Horseshoe Bend High School
William Filhiol - Wetumpka High School
Zachary Jones - Wetumpka High School
Danielle Marie Kessler - Loveless Academic Magnet Program
Elissa Claire Ritchey - Wetumpka High School
Amon Robinson - Booker T. Washington Magnet High School
Margaret Marie Sasser - Loveless Academic Magnet Program High School
Colin Schloss - The Montgomery Academy
Caleb Veazey - Holtville High School in Elmore County

The MAX4Kids Foundation was founded by MAX, Your Community Credit Union as a charitable organization to help children of the tri-counties, through scholarships and donations to various non-profit organizations.
