 HOME LOAN CLOSING DISCOUNT
The EcoMAX® Home Loan Closing Discount allows you to take up to $1,000 off your closing costs when you build a new home using various “green” products. Each green product you use has a point value. For each point you accumulate, you can take $100 off your closing costs up to $1,000. You must have a minimum of 4 points to participate in the discount program, and a maximum of 10 points can be used for the discount.
