Personal Identity Theft (Effective March 1, 2004)
The Visa Personal Identity Theft Coverage program offers coverage up to a maximum of $1,000 in reimbursements for the costs incurred as a direct result of the identity theft to re-establish your identity including:

• Attorney fees for removing wrongful judgments or to defend against actions taken by creditor.
• Application and processing fees for the resubmission of loans, grants, and credit or other debt instruments rejected solely because of the identity theft
• Notarization of affidavits attesting to identity theft
• Long distance calls and postage incurred in reporting identity theft
• Lost wages for time taken to rectify records as a direct result of the identity theft

Travel Assistance Services
You are automatically covered by $250,000 accidental death and dismemberment protection when traveling by air, bus, train, taxi or any other common carrier anywhere in the world when your card is used to purchase your ticket.

Auto Rental Insurance
Auto rental insurance is at no additional cost to you and the coverage is on a 24-hour basis for damage due to collision or theft. There is worldwide protection coverage up to the actual cash value of most rental cars. (Effective March 1, 2004.)
