Scheduled & Recurring Transfers and Email Alert Notifications
Scheduled and Recurring Transfers:
The myMAX Online Branch now allows you to schedule one-time and recurring transfers. You can create, edit and delete scheduled transfers to and from all checking, share and money market accounts. That saves you time on having to manually enter all transfers that you want to make on a regular basis. Read about Email Alert Notifications >
How to Set-up Scheduled and Recurring Transfers
1. Log-in to your account through the myMAX Online Branch
2. Click Account Access
3. Click the Scheduled Transfers link
4. Click on Add button
5. Fill in the following information:

Please note that a one-time transfer cannot be scheduled for the same day.
If you enter an E-mail Notification To email address, you will receive a notice that your transfer has succeeded once it is complete. You will also receive a failure notice for any transfers that were unable to be processed and a reason for this failure.
The Scheduled Transfers Summary display will give a listing of all existing scheduled and recurring transfers. From this display, you can edit or delete transfers from the hyperlinks in the Action column or add new transfers with the Add button.
Please note that transfers that are scheduled on a weekend or holiday date will be processed the first work date after the weekend or holiday.

After completing the transfer criteria, you can add transfers by selecting the Save Transfer button on the Add Scheduled Transfer form. To restore the default values, click on the Clear button.
Errors and Confirmation
If the transfer does not meet the above criteria, an error message will appear:

After the transfer has been saved, the Confirm Scheduled Transfer screen appears with a confirmation of the transfer you just added.

The Transfer was added successfully will be displayed as a confirmation when transfers are updated.

Editing a Scheduled Transfer
To edit an existing transfer, select the Edit Hyperlink in the action column next to the transfer you would like to edit.

Deleting Scheduled Transfer
To delete a scheduled transfer, simply select the Delete Hyperlink in the action column for the transfer you would like to delete. A confirmation window will appear to confirm your selection.

After your deleted transfer is confirmed, the Transfers Summary will redisplay with a confirmation text.

Email Notifications
You can set up email alerts to receive periodic balances or to be notified when:
1. A transfer that you scheduled has occurred
2. A series of transfers have concluded
3. Your account is less than or greater than a balance you specified
4. A maturity date is coming or has come due
5. A check clears
6. A payment is due or past due
How To Set-up Email Notifications
Click the Notifications link to set-up an email notification and to view a summary of all notifications that are currently active for your account. From the Notification Summary page, you can edit, delete or add notifications.

Setting up New Notifications
To set up a new notification, select the appropriate notification from the Add New drop-down list.

Fill in the appropriate information, and be sure to include the email address to which you want your notification to be sent. Click Save Notification.

This notification was added successfully will be displayed as a confirmation that the notification was successfully added.

Editing Notifications
To edit a notification, under the Action column, select the Edit link next to the notification you wish to edit. Once you edit the information, click Save Notification.

This notification was edited successfully will appear in the summary notification page.

Deleting a notification
To delete a notification, click on the Delete link under the Action column next to the appropriate notification.

The following screen will appear. To continue, press the Delete button or press the Cancel button to cancel the deletion.

After selecting the Delete button, the Delete Confirmation notice will appear.
